These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hörgen Radio and its related services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hörgen Radio. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under the age of 13.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening language in chats or other features
• Spam, misleading content, or unauthorized promotions
• Posting offensive, hateful, or illegal material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
